On behalf of Dr. Kevin Folger and Cleveland Baptist Church, I would like to invite you to a very special occasion. Gypsy Outreach Ministry will be celebrating its 25th anniversary as part of the Cleveland Baptist Church. By God’s grace, I founded G.O. Ministry in 1990 under the leadership of Dr. Roy Thompson. CBC was the first among Baptists to pioneer a work among this needy and forgotten people group. From this ministry, Gypsies have been reached with the Gospel in several different parts of the world.
Throughout the years, God has blessed with Roma souls being saved and baptized into the membership of Cleveland Baptist. Gypsies have come out of fortune telling, drugs, alcohol and gambling. G.O. is now under the leadership of its 3rd-generation preacher. To God alone be all the glory!
We have much planned to celebrate this special event in the history of CBC. Friday will be mostly for the Roma community and CBC family, but you are welcome to attend. The Lord’s Day is being themed as Gypsy Outreach Sunday. Of course, most of you will be in your own pulpits that day. Beginning Monday evening through lunch on the following day, we have scheduled special speakers, testimonies, presentations and a delicious Romanian/ Gypsy luncheon planned.
Please prayerfully consider joining us for this monumental occasion. Invite members of your church to join you. Just make sure you RSVP ASAP. We would count it a great honor if all our supporters and friends attended.
